If you use or plan to use the BREEZE®2 or the new CONTOUR® blood glucose monitoring systems, upgrade to version 3.04
Newer computers use either USB ports exclusively or have one serial port. If you have another device installed on the serial port of USB to serial hub to increase the number of available ports, the new ports are numbers with higher numbers (COM ports 5 to 8). These are incompatible with previous versions of WinGLUCOFACTS. Version 3.03 supports COM ports numbered from 1 to 8.
Computers using a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows® operating systems will require version 1.31. 64-bit computers cannot support previous versions of WinGLUCOFACTS software
